UrbanOn Bree : 220 on Loop, Cape Town CBD

Our second project at UrbanOn, we purchased 3 separate commercial sections within a sectional title scheme: Two Twenty Loop and converted them into high-end studio and 1 bed apartments and sold the bulk off-plan between R48 000/m2 and R55 000/m2. We upgraded the entire block and sold 38 of our 44 units to a combination of owner occupiers and investors and are now renting out our remaining 8 units fully-furnished.
