We came across this gem of an opportunity – the old Aveng Infraset Concrete Civils manufacturing premises. We immediately saw the opportunity and along with a listed REIT managed to acquire the property.
The property is zoned and serviced for industrial use and is very well located at 34 Nooiensfontein Road, Hagley (Blackheath). The site is very accessible to all main arterials (N1, N2, M12 and R300).
